- Positioning: Place your feet on a piece of cardboard or paper.
- Tracing: Draw around your feet with a thin pen, keeping the pen at a 90° angle.
- Measurement: Measure the footprint at its longest point.
Method 2: Wall Method or Measuring with a Ruler or Tape Measure
- Positioning: Place your foot so that the heel touches the wall.
- Marking: Mark the longest point from the wall.
